大华南湖案例为三层别墅，总面积约400㎡。项目位于武汉市洪山区，东临南湖，南侧为规划中的景观河，北侧为规划中的水体公园。项目由美国JY建筑规划设计事务所担纲设计。社区总建筑面积约73万平方米，其中居住用地面积约44.86万平方米，城市规划道路面积约7.1万平方米，中学用地约1.6万平方米，公共停车场面积约5600平方米。
本案结合大华南湖项目实际情况、客户的圈层定位、客户对“会所”的功能需求以及客户的喜好将风格定位于新中式，以不同层次的灰色搭配留白打造禅意的环境。
This case combines the actual situation of the Dahua Nanhu Project, the customer's circle orientation, the customer's functional requirements of the “club” and the customer’s preferences to position the style in the new Chinese style, and to create a Zen environment with different levels of gray collocation.
风起 • 玄关处
别墅入户特别注意了风水格局，原先靠边直冲玄关的大门改在中间，并在左右种植罗汉松，这样的设计满足了风水的要求又保证了客户的私密性需求。
The villas paid special attention to the Geomantic Omen. The original gates that ran straight to the entrance were changed in to the middle, and the Podocarpus was planted at the right and left. This design met the requirements of Geomantic Omen and ensured the privacy of the customers.
客宴 • 接待室
一层功能定位于接待区，需满足客户接待、宴请、休闲、书法交流的功能。除了客厅、餐厅、休闲区之外特别设计了笔墨区和餐厅吧台，通过花园壁龛的设计与室内窗户的相呼应，使窗框成为画框，让客户在接待的过程当中即使在室内也可以达到移步易景、步步有景的效果。

山水 • 客厅间
客厅作为主接待区在保持新中式的风格的同时更注重传统中式的元素的搭配。左右两面墙上一边用大理石的天然纹理表现水墨山水的意境，一边以名家的水墨画具象的表现山水空间的效果。客厅两层的挑空上设计了一个花瓣旋转下落的吊灯，灯盘的镜面材质使空间更加通透，增加花瓣倾泻下落的气势，使空间里的人仿佛置身于真实山水景色中。
The living room, as the main reception area, pays more attention to the matching of traditional Chinese elements while maintaining the style of the new Chinese style. 笔墨区的设计同样与客厅的意境相呼应，武汉尚层设计师用墙上的画、画前的盆栽、壁龛里的摆设等软装元素勾勒出山水的意境。笔墨区背后金属条和楼梯玻璃的材质加上光影的效果以及头顶上祥云形状的吊灯使人仿佛置身于真实山中竹林，用氛围使人感觉在充满禅意的景色中尽情挥墨，营造出一派风雅的景象。
The design of the pen and ink area also echoes the artistic conception of the living room. 整个项目定位于新中式，除一楼接待区外，二楼三楼作为主人的生活居住区，功能分区齐全，以新中式的禅意风格营造出“谈笑有鸿儒，往来无白丁”的风雅景象，满足客户对房屋功能需求的同时体现出房屋主人对生活高品质的追求。
